How often should you do your core exercise ball video:
The recommendation for a strength building workout is every other day or 3 days a week, however, you can pick and choose key movements from this video that feel good to you. Do the ones that feel good and allow you to stretch most days. What if I can’t do it all at once because I’m out of shape or my time is limited?
This exercise ball video is divided up into 4 chapters so that you can pick and choose which sections you want to perform if you don’t have time for all of them. If you are not able to perform all the movements right away, don’t worry just do the ones you can and as you get stronger you will be able to do the more challenging ones later. Give yourself some time to master all of the exercises. I have never taught a student who could execute all the movements correctly the first time…probably not even the 10th time.
